Study Circle conducts all day (check exact timings with staff/volunteers) summer camp for children and youth.
Registration Form
At this camp, experienced and well-trained teachers and camp counselors provide personalized attention with a low student-to-counselor ratio of no more than 10:1. This is a fee based, in-person program (see details below for camp fee and location details).
Academics
Students will spend an average of 2 to 3 hours a day working on math and language skills for the upcoming school year. Building and upgrading their academic skills during the summer months leading to better marks and increased confidence for next academic year!
Sports and Co-Curricular Activities
Students will participate in sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Badminton, board games, and Volleyball. There will be weekly games among the teams for each level. Teachers vs. Students games will add to the interesting times for both students and staff! In addition, there will be Karate/Art classes.
Soft Skills Learning Sessions
We believe it is important for students to develop soft skills such as Public Speaking, Time management skills, Effective studying techniques, and Exam preparation skills. There will be special sessions on the soft skills development.

- 9:00 am – 10:00 am: Math
- 10:00 am – 10:40 am: Outdoor Sports
- 10:40 am – 11:40 am: English
- 11.40 am – 12.30 pm Lunch
- 12.30 pm – 1:30 am: Arts and Crafts
- 1.30pm- 1.50 pm Spelling Test/Mental Math
- 1:50 pm – 2:30 pm: Indoor Sports
- 2:30 pm – 3.00 pm: Board Games
- 3:00pm – Dismissal from the Outdoor Field

Summer Camp 2025 Fee and Other requirements
Fee: $ 190/week
$ 360 for 2 weeksWeek 5 (Prorated fees $145 per week)
(for extended hours an extra fee of $30/week apply)
What to Bring:
- 2 Pencils, 4 erasers, and a notebook
- Extra change clothes
- Healthy Lunch snacks, a healthy drink and a water bottle
- Backpack
(Important: Lunch should be peanut and nut free)
Students must bring a nutritious lunch from home. We provide cheese pizza for all students on the last day of the camp. Please ensure all food brought from home is peanut and nut free.
