    Study Circle provides customized Yoga programs for students from Grade 1 to 12. The program is designed to help students stay healthy and fit and also enhance their mental abilities. An experienced yoga practitioner will deliver the yoga sessions, assisting students in learning the Yoga postures. Our yoga programs focus on healthy living, healthy eating and a balanced lifestyle.

    Yoga is an excellent exercise system which keeps our body and brain healthy and active. It can be classified into two categories Asans (or postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises).

    At Study Circle, our practitioner delivers the sessions in a classroom setting, where the instructor introduces and demonstrates the various Yoga exercises. Students are not asked to practice the postures, they can practice these exercises at home in a safe environment. Participation in these sessions is purely on a volunteer basis.
